Daycare - Bring any medication or meals needed during the day.
 
Boarding - Bring any medication and all meals. 
 
No bowls, blankets or toys - they don't use their own (think of kids at a sleep-over <G>)
 
Meals/Food are to be packed in a plastic container, with flat lid, clearly marked with the dog's name. 
 
Bring only enough food for the boarding period.  If you are bringing food for a daycare dog that attends regularly, feel free to bring enough food for several days.
 
Record Updates - Any vet updates or changes of vets, address changes, dietary changes we need to be aware of.
 
Emergency Contact - Make sure we always have current emergency contact information.
